Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1.       1 frozen banana
  2.       1 cup frozen strawberries
  3.       ½ cup strawberry juice

Method:

Place all the ingredients in your blender with some ice, if desired. Secure the lid and turn it on. Blend till you get a smooth drink. Serve it in a glass or Mason jar and enjoy.

Banana Strawberry Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1.       2 frozen bananas
  2.       2 cups frozen strawberries
  3.       2 cups frozen peach chunks
  4.       1 cup strawberry yogurt
  5.       1 cup fruit juice

Method:

First add fruit juice and yogurt to your blender and then add all the frozen fruits. Blend till everything combines into a smooth drink. Pour it out in 3 to 4 glasses and enjoy with friends or family.

Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup frozen raspberries
  2. ½ cup frozen blueberries
  3. 1 cup strawberries
  4. 1 banana
  5. ½ cup milk

Method:

First add milk to your blender jar followed by the rest of the ingredients and secure the lid. Now blend till you get a smooth and creamy consistency. Pour out in one large serving glass or in 2 medium sized glasses.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1.    1 banana
  2.    1 tbsp peanut butter
  3.    1 tbsp cocoa powder
  4.    ½ tbsp honey
  5.    1 cup almond milk

Method:

First put the liquid ingredients in your blender jar including almond milk and honey followed by all the rest of the ingredients. After securing the lid, turn the blender on and blend till you get a thick and creamy smoothie. Pour it out in your smoothie cup and enjoy!
